In-Season Eligibility (NOV - MAY, spans the Indoor & Outdoor Track Seasons):
Participants limited to High School Male & Female Track athletes who regularly participate on their High School team in the 100M, 200M, 400M, 800M or mile run.
Off-Season Eligibility (JUN - OCT):
Participants limited to 10-year olds through High School Seniors who have a serious interest in Track and who are in good physical condition.
Off-Season Training Session Schedule (at Elon University) —
Sundays ► 5:00 - 8:00PM
Tuesdays ► 5:30 - 8:30PM
Thursdays ► 5:30 - 8:30PM
Saturdays ► 7:00 - 10:30AM
Training Session Fees:
Regular Session, 45 to 55 minutes: $25.00
Short Session, 25 to 30 minutes: $15.00
Note: Payment expected when training provided. Cash or check only. No charge for first training session.
Scheduling:
Call (336-263-9095) or e-mail (eddie@acstriders.com) to request a time for training. Make sure you call if training need is immediate. Training times available will generally be 5:00PM until 7:00PM on Monday through Thursday, 9:00AM to 7:00PM on Saturday, and after 1:00PM to 7:00PM on Sunday.
